Redesigning Old Logos

After seeing some logos online & getting inspired, I looked back at the sketches of random logo designs sketched during Semester 1 and sort of revamped them in illustrator. I was bored.

Some TL;DR revamps

Logo tryouts. Most of these were doodled out of boredom while joking with friends during lunchtime. And yes, the 'Eifel' with 1 'f' cuz that's the name of our photography lecturer. Thus the camera.

My Rhett and Link gif's featured on Buddy System!

Not a new art post, but a throwback and some news. Okay so I made that gif 3 years ago, based on one of the endings of GMM where R&L played in the park, & I only took the see-saw scene. Just recently, this month, someone in deviantART told me that this gif's featured in their Youtube Red show Buddy System, in season 2. I couldn't be more proud, this was the first time something I made actually got featured in a TV show. To clarify, a few months before this, one of the post-production crew contacted me via Ask.fm first, then email, asking for my permission to feature the gif on Buddy System cuz Link found it online & he liked it. tbh i'm not even sure whether i'm allowed to post his email address here. I'm still thankful for him, for reaching out to me and being an overall chill guy, and the crew, too.

It's Ruby time

As promised in here , I'd do some Ruby the Copycat fanart after watching the animated story. I don't know, for some reason the story is kinda sweet, and somehow different from the usual copycat cliches.   This one turned out a tad bit Ghibli-ish, I don't know why. There's just something about her hopping on one foot, which probably pictures her quirkiness and originality, a trait she never realized before. And there are some doodledumps too because I was bored at work and at home.   The one on the left was just showing how similar the story is to my old comic series BFFL. And the one on the right... well... something about Angela's poem, both Angela and Ruby in swimsuits and both of them and Miss Hart as Eeveelutions. Because Eevee ftw, and so are tribbles.
