Recently ive been seeing my artist friends making their own shirts, stickers, popsockets etc & even selling some in cons. Lucky there's a bunch of services that does these in Tokopedia & Bukalapak. In this era of customization, why not print your own designs on everyday stuff you use? Here's one of my earlier designs but just got printed way later. This one's from my friend's friend's printing service, 4ND. Believe it or not, the sticker glows in the dark, though not as strong. Started posting artworks there, met new people, yada yada. Tbh I was surprised, some people I knew through Instagram thought I was obsessed with online bike cab services (ojol) like, always comparing Gojek, Grab & Uber (RIP) and later Anterin & GlaD, to the point of making comics about them. I thought... "that wasn't me at all, I thought i've always been known for my bands & cartoons fan comics". During the first years of "internet recognition" i was known for my fanart & fancomics of emo & alternative rock bands (if you know me from deviantart or high school). It started out just drawing a random profile picture for myself cuz I needed one. I might've found a picture with this kind of style (lots of lineart + flat colors) online and thought of making one for myself. But once all my 3 sisters, their friends and one of my friends found out, they wanted one for themselves too. Man, it felt like the Black Parade Fangirlness days all over again where everyone wants a drawing in a certain style from me. But hey this one took fast (not so fast with the tedious patterns) and I could probably do like four-five in a day. So much purple... why is purple so popular D: second batch:

Once again digging through my collection of old artworks (not-so-narcissistically) and found this old gem. It's back when I was 7 & started doing comics for the first time. The comic's titled "Little Green Fairies" and it was completely in Indonesian, cuz I don't speak English much at that age. But no prob folks, translation will be provided. Here's the back page, actually. The character's names are based on my sister & cousin (though my cousin's actual name is Nisya. I didn't know how to spell her name right yet back then). This comic was born in January 1999. Translation: LITTLE GREEN FAIRIES by Rara in: "Having Fun" 1. One day, the Little Green Fairies are having a picnic at their grandma & grandpa's house. This idea unsurprisingly came during bedtime when I was trying hard to sleep. Forcing to sleep sorta made the brain even more active & insomniac. Don't know why I was thinking of operating systems that time but just thinking about it, it would be cool to sit on a Windows window while eating a silver Apple apple. And wearing some schmancy clothes like a classy Madame. The Tux doll (representing Linux) & that random alien (representing Alienware, still not sure about the color scheme) could probably be that I haven't tried Linux or Alienware yet. The transparent PNG version. Without the night sky it looks a bit empty. But hey, transparency is cool. Here's the third version. It looks quite unlikely to be presented but I thought of making a dripping effect (though I doubt it'll look good)
